Vistage Michigan Selects Joseph R. Sadler as Chief Executive Group Chair

ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – March 9, 2016 – Joseph R. Sadler has been named Chief Executive Group Chair for Vistage Michigan. Sadler also serves as consultant and president of SaTech Services, LLC and SaTech Logistics, Inc., in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

In his role with Vistage Michigan, a membership-based professional organization, Sadler will act as the advisor, mentor and business coach to his group, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with each member. He also will facilitate nine peer advisory group workshops per year with his chief executive members.

“Having worked as a consultant in the healthcare, retail, logistics, and automotive industries, I can see how processes and skills can be applied from one discipline to another,” said Sadler. “When I work with executives around the table, we each bring our experiences and perspectives and seek to achieve the best outcomes. Group members have a sincere interest in helping members and member companies succeed.”

A 10-year Vistage Michigan member himself, Sadler, has 35 years of expertise in operations and supply chain solutions with a wide background in global and local organizations. His accomplishments included leading a team of management consultants and support staff to refocus company efforts to evolve a transportation services business into a variety of markets such as financial, medical, retail and third-party logistics distribution. He also was responsible for launching a logistics consulting division, thereby expanding client reach into three market segments.

Sadler received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich., and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. The West Bloomfield, Mich. resident is an American Society of Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Vistage Michigan includes nearly 300 Chief Executives throughout Michigan. The organization’s members participate in ongoing peer workshops, one-on-one business coaching and industry expert presentations, as well as social networking events and webinars and access to an extensive online content library.
