Selection Process

Vistage takes the responsibility of hiring Chairs seriously, to ensure that both the Chair and Vistage are successful. Our process for selection is intensive and involves several steps. The process for becoming an Approved Candidate for a Vistage Chair Practice™ takes about four to six weeks. Our intent is to understand you, your background, and your "fit" with our criteria to best ensure you become a successful Vistage Chair.
