Over the last 40 years, Dr. Holland has served as the CEO of four different technology organizations, and has served the academic community as a Professor and Department Chairman. He has been the key developer of a number of information technology paradigms and numerous technologies and products used throughout the marketplace. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of various organizations and is currently Chairman of two Boards. His educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Engineering, a Masters in Operations Research, and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering. As a Department Chairman and full professor, Dr. Holland also introduced the first computer curriculum within a school of business in the country in 1971. In the latter stages of his career Dr. Holland also became involved with a leadership organization called Vistage Michigan. He served Vistage Michigan as CEO from 2009 - June 2015 & continues to Chair two Chief Executive groups and one KEY Executive group enabling him to interact with dynamic leaders and their diverse organizations to achieve better leadership, decisions and results.
He has volumes of industry publications, numerous public appearances throughout the world, and many awards of recognition to his credit. In addition, he is most proud of his family consisting of his wife, four daughters, twelve grandchildren, and extended family.
